DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Step 1: Soak seeds using the green strainer lid according to the instructions.

Step 2: Rinse and drain thoroughly twice per day with cool, fresh water. Place in a dark place.

Step 3: Keep at an angle with screen-side down to ensure proper ventilation.

Step 4: As micro-greens grow, proceed with the rinse cycle, twice daily, until harvest; about 3 to 5 days. Place in indirect light for 2 to 4 hours to develop rich, green color.
