30-Day Return Policy

Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.).

For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via FedEx or UPS. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise (usually within 24-48 hours).

Note: No online tracking information is available for packages shipped via US Mail.
