At our goal is to keep you happy. All in-stock orders are shipped the same day if received by 8:00 AM (Eastern Time). Orders received after 8:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Some delays may occur during high volume times of the year, but please know that we work hard to send out your package as fast as we can. Shipping time does NOT start counting until after your order leaves our facility.

Live shipments (Beneficial Insects) are sent separately. Please see specific product pages for shipping schedules.

All online items are shipped via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous U.S. states during business hours (M-F). If shipping FedEx, please provide your street address as they cannot deliver to a PO box. If faster delivery is required, Next Day and 2-Day services are available at an extra charge. FedEx delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.

Note: Because some of our products are of unusual size and shape/weight, the shipping charges quoted in the CART for your order may be lower than actual.  Consequently, we reserve the right to call you with any such increases in shipping cost, and you may confirm the additional charges or change your order.  Also, if you think your order may lead to additional shipping charges, feel free to call us for details.

Tracking Shipments: Once your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent with the order details and a tracking number. You may also Track Your Order by accessing your account and viewing the order status and tracking information.

Every now and then, you may get a response of “tracking number not found.” This occurs when the shipping notification is sent out prior to the package being scanned at the carrier’s terminal. If you wait a few hours, it will show your scan and tracking progress.

Note: Online tracking information is NOT available for packages shipped via US Mail.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses will be sent via US Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please select Priority Mail from the shipping options menu located on your shopping cart.

Packages do NOT Ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • 4th of July
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Labor Day
  • President’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas

Packaging: If your order shows up in a used box with foam peanuts, don’t be offended. We recycle sturdy boxes, peanuts and newspapers whenever we can to reduce waste.
