Grower’s Tip:
Researchers with the U.S. Department of Agriculture recently conducted a study to determine the nutrient level of microgreens (young, tender sprouts). They were “totally knocked over” with the results which found that microgreens had 4 to 6 times more nutrients than the mature leaves of the same plant.
