Each packet contains approximately 250 seeds.

Planting and Growing Tips:
When all other flowers are fading in late summer, Purple Coneflower stands tall above the rest. Plants are not fussy and will endure most growing conditions. Sow outdoors 1/8 inch deep when a light frost is still possible. Space 8- to 12-inches apart and mulch to prevent weeds and conserve moisture.

Pinch off spent blossoms on a regular basis — or use them as cuttings in flower arrangements — to extend the blooming period. Plants should be cut to the ground in late fall after flowers have gone to seed.
