Greens with benefits! Strawberry Spinach is a compact plant with unique leaves plus showy, deep pink savory fruits. A common garden crop for centuries in Europe. 45 days to maturity.

Each packet contains approximately 250 seeds.

Planting and Harvesting Tips:
Sow directly into beds as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring. Plant no deeper than 1/4 inch in rich, well-drained soil. Space plants 4-6 inches apart in rows 20-24 inches apart. Grows easily in full sun or partial shade.

Both the leaves and berries of this “old-fashioned” plant are delicious. Trim off the tender shoots and use raw or cooked. Shiny red strawberry-like berries can be eaten fresh or used to prepare preserves.
