Planting and Growing Tips:
Plants are not fussy and will tolerate most growing conditions. Start indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date; or direct sow in place and lightly cover with soil. Water thoroughly and thin 8- to 18-inches apart after seedlings have sprouted.
Remove spent blossoms to extend the flowering season. Mulch to prevent weeds, conserve moisture and improve aesthetics. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.
