Dr. Earth’s formula goes to work quickly, and does a thorough job digesting organic material for a great finished product. It is suitable for composting leaves, straw, manures, grass clippings, food scraps and other organic matter. An excellent product which creates true humus.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Place thick coarse carbon “brown” materials (straw, leaves, sawdust, newspaper, etc.) on the bottom (approximately 6 to 8″ thick) of your pile. This will help to facilitate air circulation and water drainage.

Then add nitrogen “green” materials (grass clippings, vegetable scraps, garden waste, etc) on top of the brown layer approximately 3 to 4″ per layer.

Apply Organic 22 in a thin layer (approximately 1/2 to 1 cup) on top of the green layer. Alternate layers back and forth, wet on dry, green on brown and Dr. Earth in between until the pile is complete.

Ingredients: Alfalfa meal, seaweed extract and beneficial soil microbes.
