Sunflower, Tarahumara White Seeded
A well adapted introduction, most likely of Canadian Mennonite origin, later adopted by the Tarahumara tribe. Masses of solid-gold flowers that are 8-10" in diameter. Ivory-colored seeds with an occasional striped seed. Plants grow 6-9' tall. Tolerant of less than ideal conditions. (Annual)
