Technical Stuff:
Biodegradable Cow Pots stand up for months in the greenhouse, yet the naturally porous property of manure enables tender, young roots to easily penetrate the sides and bottoms. Grower's Tips:
1.) Keep dry until it's time to plant.
2.) Do NOT overwater -- manure naturally retains water.
3.) The manure in CowPots adds nutrients, but for best results, fertilize as you would with any plant.
4.) Do NOT remove plant from pot when it's time to transplant.
5.) Upon transplanting, do NOT break or crush the container. One of the best attributes of CowPots is that they break down in the soil and attract earthworms.
6.) Be sure to use viable seeds. Check the expiration date on seed packs.
7.) Follow specific instructions on seed packs for your climate zone.
8.) Use a good potting soil and fertilizer mix.
9.) Provide plenty of light and warmth to encourage seedling growth.
