Planting and Growing Tips:
These warm season flowers prefer full sun and rich, well-drained soil. Start indoors under lights 3- to 4-weeks before the last frost date of spring. In warmer climates, sow directly into prepared gardens and cover with 1/4 inch of soil. Water thoroughly and thin seedlings 6- to 12-inches apart.
Once established, plants are easy to grow and require little attention. Remove spent blossoms to extend the flowering season and mulch to prevent weeds, conserve moisture and improve aesthetics.
