Planting and Harvesting Tips:
Easy to grow and frost tolerant. Sow directly into prepared beds 2-4 weeks before the last expected frost. Try broadcasting over a wide row and gently rake or tamp to a depth of 1/8 inch deep โ€” barely cover! Grow in full sun and cool conditions with temperatures under 75หšF.

Pull or fork from the ground when stems are one inch or larger in diameter. In cold climates, you can continue the harvest by mulching heavily around plants.
