Lacewing Eggs
Green Lacewing (Chrysoperla rufilabris) from Planet Natural feed on a large number of soft bodied pests, mites and insect eggs. A voracious predator, they can consume as many as 60 aphids an hour. Shipped as eggs packed in a carrier (rice hulls), larvae soon hatch out and will feed for 2-3 weeks before becoming adults.
Price includes First-Class Mail Shipping. Orders received by Wednesday 8:00 AM (EST) will ship the following Monday through Tuesday. Please indicate at Checkout if delayed shipping is desired or give us a call at 1-888-349-0605.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Release lacewing when a few tiny (1/32nd of an inch) grey larvae are seen moving about the rice hulls. After observing the larvae put them out immediately; they are cannibalistic! To apply, simply sprinkle the contents of the container over the pest infested area. Release 1,000 per 1,200 square feet. A second release, two weeks later, may be necessary.
