Vigorous upright plants with long large green stalks. Dark green leaves are thick twisted crumpled glossy blistered and savoyed. Fine quality spinach, very tender, excellent flavor. Quick-growing variety, heavy yields, well adapted for late spring or summer plantings. Withstands heat, slow to bolt, excellent fresh in salads or cooked with vinegar dressing or canned.
