Made with sturdy, rust-resistant metal parts! The Rope Ratchet is a patented light hanger and tie-down that pulls tight, locks in place and will not slip… yet, adjust easily. Excellent for installing reflectors, filters and other indoor gardening equipment. Two (2) per pack.
