DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply Dr. Earth® Organic 5 Fertilizer every other month throughout the growing season.

Tomatoes, Peppers & Herbs

New Plantings: During garden preparation, mix in 1-1/3 cups Dr. Earth® Organic 5 per 10 square feet of growing area, or 6 cups per 50-feet of planting row.

Containers: Use 1/2 cup per 1/2 cubic foot (approx. 5 gallons) of potting soil. Mix with soil and water thoroughly.

Established Plants: Use 1 cup for every 10 square feet of growing area, or 3 cups for every 50 feet of garden row.

Containers: Use 1/4 cup per 1/2 cubic foot (approx. 5 gallons) of potting medium. Work in gently and water thoroughly.

Eggplant, Corn, Beans, Cucumber, Lettuces, Broccoli

New Plantings: During garden preparation, mix in 1-1/2 cups Tomato, Vegetable & Herb Fertilizer per 10 square feet of growing area, or 8 cups per 50-feet of planting row.

Carrots, Onions, Potatoes, Beets, Etc.

New Plantings: Before you plant, add 1-1/2 cups per 10 square feet of growing area, or 8 cups per 50 linear feet of planting row. Till to a depth of 6" to 12" and water thoroughly.

Established Plants: Top-dress your root crops by using 3/4 of a cup per 10 square feet of growing area, or 4 cups per 50-feet of garden row. Work in gently and water thoroughly every two months throughout the growing season.

Fertilizer Tea, Foliar Feeding and Deep Root Feeding

For a rich liquid mixture, mix 2 pounds, or 5 cups for every 5 gallons of water. Let the mixture set for 24 hours. Strain well and mulch all the solids around the root zone. The liquid portion (tea) can be applied at 1 to 2 cups for plants, or 2 to 4 cups for larger plants. Use full strength to foliar feed and for deep root feeding of all plants.
