One of our favorite heirloom tomatoes! Large, 1-pound creamy white fruit, that is so good and deliciously juicy, it reminds one of a mixture of fresh-cut pineapple, melon and guava. These tomatoes are smoother than most large beefsteak types, and yields can be very high. (80-85 days)
Planting Instructions:
Start seed indoors 4 to 8 weeks prior to the last frost of spring. Seeds are covered only slightly to allow light which sometimes assists germination. Keep the soil evenly moist. Seed trays are held in warm conditions until sprouts appear, which may take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, depending on temperature, moisture, etc.
Move seedlings immediately to bright light conditions, such as a south-facing window or under a grow light. After the last frost, transplant them into the garden and space 2 to 3 feet apart.
