A large, golden-yellow heirloom that grows well, even in colder climates. The Yellow of Parma Onion stores well and is a rare Italian variety. Long day type. (110 days from transplant)
Each packet contains approximately 30o seeds.
Start seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost date of spring. Surface-sow or barely cover the seeds. Keep seed trays at cool room temperature and do not allow to dry out. Transplant seedlings after last frost date, spacing them 4 to 6 inches apart.
