Mild and tasty cabbage-flavored bulbs that grow above ground and have a pale green skin. Good cooked or raw, Kohlrabi is a cold-hardy crop that produces high yields. (45-60 days)
Each packet contains approximately 40o seeds.
Direct sow in rich soil every 2 to 3 weeks from 2 weeks prior to last frost of spring or 2 to 4 weeks before Autumn frosts. Allow the plants about 6-12 inches minimum spacing. Harvest when the “bulbs” are about 3 inches in diameter.
