I own a Dachshund and he recently experienced some back pain this summer. There breed is known to have cartilage problems and to have inflamed joints. The vet recommended Glucosamine, so I bought the Hip & Joint formula that we carry. It has helped him so much and I know it will help prevent more pain in the future! I do only give him 1/2 a tablet since he only weighs 12 lbs.
