Stunning violet-blue pods are produced on lovely bush plants that do not require staking. These delicious peas are perfect for soups and stews, or pick small and these can be used as a snow pea. A great addition from Holland. (50-60 days)
Planting Instructions:
All garden peas require mild weather to grow their best. May be sown in the spring, 1/2 to 1 inch deep and several inches apart in all directions, several weeks before the last frost date. Most pea varieties need support, such as a trellis, net, fence, etc.
Try to time your garden so the plants mature a full crop before the arrival of really hot weather. For fall planting, sow seeds in late summer two months before the first frost date of autumn.
