Grower’s Tip:
To maintain a healthy indoor garden, a minimum of 30 watts of fluorescent light per square foot is required during the vegetative stage. Additional light (up to 60 watts per square foot) will produce even better growth.

This is s great light! I used it this summer to extend my season, propagating pepper starts inside and it worked great. Stocky strong starts that took off when I transplanted them in the garden. I'm excited to see how it works for all my herbs this winter!
