pH probes (electrodes) do NOT last forever and will eventually fail. The Bluelab ph Replacement Electrode is designed for use with Bluelab pH Meters and Combo Meters. The electrode is easy to clean because of its bullet shaped glass bulb, fully waterproof and less fragile than all-glass electrodes because of its tough polypropylene barrel.
The Bluelab pH probe is gel filled (non-refillable) making it maintenance free and has a double junction reference which provides longer life!

Grower’s Tip:
It is advised that pH probes be replaced on meters/ monitors every 12 months, especially when measuring in hydroponic solutions.
