Tracking Your Order

To view the status of your order, and to get the tracking number please do the following.

1) Go to
2) Login using your e-mail address and password you used to create the order.
3) Our Customer Service screen will be displayed.
4) Click on “Order History”.
5) Your Order History will be displayed along with the current status.
6) To get the tracking number click on the order number.
7) The Order will be displayed. If the order has shipped Shipment Information will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the “Shipment ID” to view the details for that shipment.
8) Look at the “Tracking Number:” field to get your tracking number.
9) Copy that number and visit
10) Click on the “tracking” tab at the top of the site.
11) Paste your tracking number into the form and press the “Track” button.
12) You will need to accept the terms and conditions to continue. To do so check the check box at the bottom of the form.
13) Your package status will be displayed.

Note: Every now and then, you may get a response of “tracking number not found.” This occurs when the shipping notification is sent out prior to the package being scanned at the carrier’s terminal. If you wait a few hours, it will show your scan and tracking progress.
