Why is there no fruit on my winter cherry?
Can you please help me? I have a winter cherry, which I have kept successfully (other than the problem I now have) for three years.
The foliage is healthy, the flowers bloom profusely, but droop off before the berries can form. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? I mist the plant regularly, it stands in good strong daylight and I make sure the pot never dries out.
There have been many flowers this year, and it is so disappointing that none of them have gone on to form berries When I look closely, the little orange bit which should form the berry looks to be dry and wrinkly.
Grateful for your advice.
