    Hello,
    I had a successful first year last season, and grew tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, green beans etc in my raised bed garden. This season, before planting, I noticed several small insects (very tiny) in the soil as I turned it over.
    What are these and what should I do? Can I go ahead and plant my saplings or do I need to do something?
