  • Using Maxicrop Indoors

    Created by Michael on

Hello, I’m just trying to grow a few (2) organic vegetables indoors that are known to grow well in buckets. I live in an apartment and here is my question. Is it safe to use Maxicrop Liquid Kelp indoors? Like no fumes, and this can be handled without a mask right? I did wear a mask and glasses handling the soil.

Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed is safe to use on indoor plants. Glasses and mask should not be necessary, but avoid getting liquid in your eyes or ingesting large amounts. As for the smell, almost every liquid nutrient that has an organic ingredient as its base is going to smell slightly. Products containing bat guano or fish emulsion are often smellier than plant based nutrients. I’d say that Maxicrop’s Liquid Seaweed product has minimal smell. Though not scent free, it won’t make your apartment smell like fish or manure.
