    Good afternoon,

    I sent in a question within the last week looking to see if there were any sort of guarantee or parts replacements for the humane mouse trap. As I stated, one of the traps I have used has lost it’s guard on the trap’s holding trigger. This is very important as the mouse will gnaw off the plastic edge if the guard is not in place. Can you send me a replacement metal piece or is there a warranty to replace the trap if such a defect should occur. Please let me know. Thanks.
