    Semaspore says it is environmentally friendly. I have a cat that will occasionally eat grasshoppers, also a dog that lays in the yard. Guess they would be ok. But will it hurt the birds that prey on the hoppers?

    Jill –

    Semaspore Bait is specific to grasshoppers and one species of cricket — it will not harm you, your pets, birds or the environment.
