  • Help with gift for disabled friend

    Created by Susan Aicardi on

Gift for disabled friend who has a successful outdoor garden despite her challenges. Looking for an indoor gardening system. She has some counter space available in a spare room…has difficulty bending and reaching. Would like her to have the option to grow vegetables, herbs or flowers. Is there an all in one system available where her only to buy items are seeds or plants. Will I need a separate lighting system? She can tend to this daily but it has to be easy work. I don’t want it to be overwhelming and don’t want to pay too much in event she chooses not to use it…..if it works out will be ready to spend more money on a better system. Looking for something that she can try out and determine if this will become a winter hobby, she lives in Chesapeake VA. Any recommendations? Thanks, Susan

Hey Susan! A simple jump start T5 set up sounds like the perfect fit for your friend. With the addition of the germination station, she’ll be able to germinate seed, grow sprouts, and flowers too. Just add dirt, seeds, and water! Find both products here.

    Happy Holidays!
