Gnats in apartment

HI, I have no plants and live in a small apartment. I’ve been spraying insect killer for almost a week now and cannot seem to put a dent in them. I’ve tried to track down all of my moist points indoors and spray…. drains, toilets, back of fridge but they are relentless. Would you have any suggestions for gnats indoors? Please, I could sure use your help.
