    Hi Planet Natural,

    This is Genevieve. I’m on your website and I would like to know if you accept Dropship Dealer application?

    If yes, kindly answer our questions below.

    QUESTIONS:
    1. We’re an online retailer based in West Lafayette, Indiana. We sell on our own site but also on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon. I just wanted to make sure you were okay with that?
    2. Our inventory department needs the file with descriptions, UPC’s and pricing for research and order management. Once our application is approved, are you able to send it to us in excel or .csv format?
    -How often do you update your data?
    -Can we get the product file before signing up/submitting an application?
    -Do you have a direct link to the product/stock file?
    -Can you set up an auto-email to us for the data (if no download is available)?
    3. Is there a minimum order?.

    Here is a glimpse about our company as you may want to know more about us and how we are different from everyone else. Our company has been in business since 2007 and we have registrations for all jurisdictions in the lower 48 with a sales tax. We do a large volume and are in the top 20,000 stores on Amazon. We believe in building strong enduring relationships because we are in this for the long haul. We are fine with MAP, we support it and have the systems to manage it.
