Does anyone know of a good book, article, website that talks about how you go about saving some of these great fruits and veggies we can grow? I have several peach, cherry and apple trees that produce hundreds of fruits each season, far more than I could eat during the season. I’d like to can these or make jelly or something that will last where I can enjoy some home grown fruits year-round.

At the same time, I’m trying my hand at a vegetable garden this year and am looking for ways to can/save tomatoes, corn, beans and carrots for consumption later in the year/winter.

Making spaghetti sauces is something I’d like to do as well.

    Thanks for any help!

I think I answered most of my questions when I noticed the Bookstore and saw the Keeping the Harvest book

    Hi John –

We now have a whole home canning section online, plus several articles and videos that will help you preserve what you grow. Please take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
