We fully guarantee all of our products. If for some reason you are not happy with any item you purchase from us you may exchange it or return it for a full refund. Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy

Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

Returns by Mail

1. On planetnatural.com click on Customer Service –> Order Returns. Select the Order Number you wish to return.

2. Select (check the select box) the items you wish to return. Fill in the reason you are returning the product(s). Click the button at the bottom of the page labeled “Return Selected Items”.

3. On the next page click the link labeled “Click here to download your Return Authorization Certificate.” Print this out and place it in the box with the product you wish to return. Click the link labeled “Click here to download your shipping label to use.” Print this out and use it for the shipping label.
