A circulating fan won’t do what you are looking for — it will just blow the warm air around. When using the Air-4 you will need to plug either an air conditioner or exhaust fan into the temperature outlet and set the temp you want to maintain. The controller will then turn on — or off — the unit and maintain the temp that you have set.
