Large, thick leaves mark this variety of Chinese Mustard greens. The spicy taste and excellent texture make them a favorite with greens aficionados. Will grow 1-3 ft. tall. (64 days)

Planting and Harvesting Tips:
This cool weather vegetable does best planted in early spring or late summer. Sow no deeper than 1/4 inch in rich, well-drained soil. Space plants 6 to 12 inches apart in rows 18 to 24 inches apart.
To harvest, pinch or cut leaves just above the soil surface and allow to grow back. Continue harvesting until plants begin to lose flavor. Young plants provide the sweetest leaves and best flavor. Once plants bolt (go to seed), they will become bitter.
Note: These Asian greens are more tolerant to heat and cold than pak choy, tatsol and cabbage which are apt to bolt (flower) in frosty weather or summer heat.
