I recommend knocking them down with a short-lived natural pesticide — one that will not harm flowers — and then releasing predatory mites. You will need to increase the recommended release numbers as your predators will need to to stay ahead of the reproductive rate of the pest. In other words, they will need to eat more than is being produced to establish control. Here’s a few recommendations.

Note: To be safe, apply a small amount of natural pesticide to flowers before spraying entire crop.
