Your release date is gonna depend upon the pests life cycle you are trying to impact, your economic(or aesthetic) threshold level and what kind of weather you folks receive this spring. Monitor pest populations closely and release your predators when you feel you have reached a point where taking action outweighs the problem.

These pages may give some clues as to weak points in the pest life cycle as well as recommendations for projects you can accomplish now to help prevent infestations in the future.
