Absolutely! Just make sure that you have some finished compost or soil in the tumbler before you add your fresh bokashi. Bokashi is a two stage process. The first stage is to bokashi/ferment your food waste. The second and final stage involves introducing it to soil or compost so that the soil microbes can go to work and convert the waste into microbial rich soil.

I would recommend starting slowly to find the right balance of soil: bokashi waste. You may need to add a bit of soil/compost along the way as you fill the tumbler to allow the soil to continue to transform the scraps.
