Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizing agent which can have some effect of fertilizer. However, since the H2O2 is in water, I don’t think this oxidation effect would have a major effect in the short term. A bigger concern for me would be the health of your soil microbes. Beneficial bacteria and fungi are sensitive to this oxidation, however, if your not using large quantities in the soil this shouldn’t be an issue either.
