Baker Creek Heirloom SeedsAn old Virginian heirloom tomato that was grown in the Moorehead, Kentucky area. The seed originated in Lee county, Virginia. Large, flattened, pink fruit with excellent flavor -- a favorite at the Heirloom Gardener Show! 85-90 days.

Planting Instructions:
Start seed indoors 4 to 8 weeks prior to the last frost of spring. Seeds are covered only slightly to allow light which sometimes assists germination. Keep the soil evenly moist. Seed trays are held in warm conditions until sprouts appear, which may take anywhere from 3 to 10 days, depending on temperature, moisture, etc.

Move seedlings immediately to bright light conditions, such as a south-facing window or under a grow light. After the last frost, transplant them into the garden and space 2 to 3 feet apart.
