Soldier Bug Attractor

The Rescue Soldier Bug Attractor uses a patented pheromone to attract the spined soldier beetle Podisus maculiventris, a commonly found, voracious predator of over 100 insect pests. For best results set attractors out early, before pests arrive. One pheromone unit treats an average 10' x 20' garden. For tree placement use 1-3 depending on size.

How it Works:
The Soldier Bug Attractor is a small, bright yellow cone designed to be hung in a tree or placed into the soil surface. The cone houses a pheromone lure which attracts the Spined Soldier Bug and keeps it in the area. The pheromone is potent for 60 days.

Once attracted, Soldier Bugs will reproduce to increase the protection and natural pest control in the garden, orchard and other foliage areas. These beneficial insects eat destructive pests while leaving your garden or orchard intact.

Where to Use:
Attractors can be used in the Eastern U.S. or Great Lakes areas only, where the bug exists.
