DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Step 1: Soak seeds in the sprouting jar using the green strainer lid according to the instructions.

Step 2: Rinse and drain seed sprouts thoroughly twice per day with cool, fresh water. Place jar in a dark place.

Step 3: Keep sprouting jar at an angle with screen-side down to ensure proper ventilation.

Step 4: As seeds grow, proceed with the rinse cycle, twice daily, until harvest; about 3 to 5 days (sprouts will be about 3" long). Place sprouts in indirect light for 2 to 4 hours to develop rich, green color.

Step 5: Enjoy!
