This short day onion is great for the South and stores well. Hard, flat bulbs have spicy, red flesh. Red Creole is a good cooking onion and is perfect for salads or on a sandwich. 110 days. Planting Instructions: Start seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost date of spring. Surface-sow or barely cover the seeds. Keep seed trays at cool room temperature and do not allow to dry out. Transplant seedlings after last frost date, spacing them 4 to 6 inches apart. Heirloom Seeds are Shipped Free.
