A rare pepper from Virgil T. Ainsworth of Laurel, Mississippi, the Rooster Spur has grown in his family for more than 100 years. Traditionally used to make Rooster Pepper Sausage. Plants are loaded with 1-1/2" fruits, 24" tall. Very nice for pots. CERTIFIED ORGANIC. (95 days from transplant) HOT
