Coco Coir Growing Mix

The perfect growing mix for your plants! Made with select coconut coir (no long fibers, which can clog hydroponic systems) and enhanced with worm castings, Coco Dan™ Coco Coir is harvested from the rich soils and fresh waters of the Kurunegala region of Sri Lanka.

Unlike some coir products on the market that are too old (older than two years from harvest) or high in salt content, Coco Dan™ uses younger coir fibers that has been flushed with fresh water to reduce salt content. Ready to use, it delivers the perfect ratio of air to water for optimal root development and has excellent water holding capacity. OMRI Listed for use in organic production.

Directions for Use:
1.) Place in a container with good drainage and add nutrient solution at pH 5.5-6.5.
2.) Transplant seedlings or mature plants into the prepared container.
3.) Water as needed with nutrient solution at pH 5.5-6.5.

Note: Each 50 liter bag fills approximately 19 1-gallon round nursery pots.
