DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Soak 10 to 12 hours using 4 parts warm water to 1 part seed. Spread evenly over rich, organic soil making sure that all seed comes in contact with the soil. Cover with moist paper towel and keep in a dark growing area for 3 days, misting thoroughly. Expose to light after the 3rd day to develop chlorophyll. Water frequently. When harvesting wheatgrass cut 1-inch from soil to allow for additional cuttings. Use a hand juicer or slow RPM juicer to extract juice.
