40-90° Fahrenheit: Beet, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, lettuce, radish.
50-90° Fahrenheit: Asparagus, corn, tomato.
60-100° Fahrenheit: Bean, cantaloupe, cucumber, pepper, pumpkin.
