pH Adjuster For Ponds. Slowly lowers the pH of pond water (making it more acidic) without harming delicate pond fish or aquatic plants. Neutralizes alkaline substances that cause high pH (pH of pond water is affected by mineral leaching, soil runoff & decomposing waste).
A high pond pH limits the ability of aquatic plants to absorb necessary nutrients. Contains NO algae-promoting phosphates.
Unique Features:
• Makes pond water more acidic.
• Phosphate-free and will not promote algae growth.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Step 1: Test the pH of your pond water with a pH test kit.
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of PondCare pH Down for every 50 gallons of pond water.
Step 3: Wait 24 hours, then test pH. Repeat treatment as necessary.
