DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix into the soil before planting as an amendment or use as an above-ground mulch.
Gardens & Planting Beds – Till or work in 2 to 4 inches into the top 4 to 6 inches of existing soil. May be used as a mulch between rows for better moisture retention during the growing season.
New Lawns – Spread a layer of Black Gold over newly seeded lawn to stabilize the seed and retain surface moisture to improve germination.
Grower’s Tip:
For maximum plant growth, avoid excessive drying or over-watering and apply fertilizer as recommended by the manufacturer.
